So much nicer than a card and will last forever.
Following the success of the Tait Gallery Christmas
gifts I've had loads of requests for these gorgeous ceramic love
hearts. They are rolled, cut, stamped and glazed entirely by hand.
They are made from earthenware clay in white, terracotta red or
chocolate black and coloured on the top with non toxic glaze in
lots of different colours. I fire them twice, the first time to
1100 degrees to mature the clay, they are then glazed and re-fired
to 1020 Degrees when the glaze turns from its powder like state
into a shiny glass like consistency.
I have a range of these hearts available for all
occasions, Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries, Valentines, New
Babies (I even have some pram shaped ones) or even just to tell
someone you love them. They are in different colours and finished
with ribbons or cord, whatever you prefer, I'll also include a
little silver organza gift bag if you need one.

Personalised Hearts
I can print your own message or name(s) onto a
heart and glaze it in your choice of colour. These are adorable
for weddings showing the name of the bride and groom (discount for
multiple favours to match your colour scheme). Depending on my
firing schedule these could take up to four weeks to make (but
will last a lifetime) so give me plenty of notice.
